Preparation of Crab Filling

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, claw crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, green onions, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Gently mix until well combined. Be careful not to break the crab meat too much.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or cayenne pepper according to your preference.
Stuffing the Crab Shells

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Stuff the Shells
Take the cleaned crab shells and carefully stuff each shell with the crab filling mixture, packing it in gently but firmly.
Baking

Bake the Stuffed Crab
Place the stuffed crab shells on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.

Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
