Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Coruba Jamaican Rum, fresh lime juice, and house-made ginger beer.
Shake Well
Cover the shaker and shake gently for about 10-15 seconds to mix the ingredients without losing carbonation.
Pour into Glass
Remove the ice from the highball glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Dirty Harry cocktail!
