Ingredients

Red Merlot
1. Prepare the Grapes
Crush the Merlot grapes in a large container to release their juice.
2. Add Ingredients
Add the sugar and yeast to the crushed grapes. Mix well.
3. Add Water
Pour 200 ml of water into the mixture and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Fermentation
Cover the container with a cloth and let it ferment at room temperature for 7-10 days, stirring daily.
5. Strain
After fermentation, strain the liquid to remove the solids. Transfer the liquid to a clean bottle.
White Chardonnay
