Method
House Draft Cocktail - Ria's Rum Punch
Prepare the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the light rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, and lime juice. Stir well to mix.
Add Ice
Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
Serve
Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Strain and Cool
Strain the mixture into a pitcher and let it cool down to room temperature.
Serve
Add ice cubes to the glasses and pour the sorrel tea over. Garnish with mint leaves.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine red wine and cooled sorrel tea.
Chill and Serve
Let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice.

Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of the glass with lime juice and dip it in salt to coat the rim.
Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine watermelon, tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and sliced jalapeno. Blend until smooth.
Serve
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
