Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. Place flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan in the third bowl. Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken breasts. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish.

Add Marinara and Cheese
Pour marinara sauce evenly over the fried chicken breasts. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by fresh basil leaves.
