Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the steak fries package instructions. Spread the steak fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake until golden and crispy, typically around 30 to 35 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Toppings

While the fries are baking, heat the shredded corned beef in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. Add the drained sauerkraut to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven. Evenly distribute the corned beef and sauerkraut mixture over the fries. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Return the loaded fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fries from the oven, drizzle with Thousand Island dressing, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
