Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cucumber

Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. You will need enough slices for muddling and garnishing.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Mint and Cucumber

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and about 4 slices of cucumber. Use a muddler to gently press down the mint and cucumber to release their flavors.

Mixing the Cocktail

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add 2 oz of Hendrick’s Gin and 1 oz of St. Germain to the muddled mint and cucumber in the shaker.

  2. 4

    Shake It Up

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Serving

  1. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice, using a fine mesh strainer if available to catch any mint and cucumber bits.

  2. 6

    Add Club Soda

Top off the glass with 4 oz of club soda and gently stir to combine.

  3. 7

    Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Cucumber Cooler!
