Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- 2
Add Beer and Flavorings
Slowly add the beer to the cheese mixture while continuing to mix. Then add the garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- 3
Chill the Mixture
Transfer the beer cheese to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.
- 4
Serve with Croissants
Serve the chilled beer cheese with the butter croissants on the side. Optionally, you can add more croissants for an additional charge.
