Prepare the Glasses
Fill two glasses with ice cubes to chill them while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.

Pour the Sparkling Wine
Slowly pour the Freixenet non-alcoholic sparkling wine into the pitcher with the lemon juice and simple syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.
