Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool. Once cooled, crumble the bacon.

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the baby iceberg lettuce thoroughly and remove any damaged outer leaves. Cut each head into quarters, creating wedges.

Assemble the Salad
On a serving plate, place each wedge of iceberg lettuce. Drizzle generously with blue cheese dressing and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped fresh chives and season with black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
