Biscuits & Sweet Tea Butter
Method
Preparation
- 1
Making the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the milk gradually until the dough comes together. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat or roll out to about 1 inch thick. Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking the Biscuits
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- 3
Preparing the Sweet Tea Butter
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, brewed tea, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- 4
Serving
