    Chill Glassware

    Place three small tasting glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill.

    Measure Amari

    Using a jigger, measure 2 oz of Amaro Nonino and pour it into the first glass.

    Pour Another Amaro

    Measure 2 oz of Averna and pour it into the second glass.

  4. 4

    Finish with Fernet

    Measure 2 oz of Fernet-Branca and pour it into the third glass.

    Serve and Taste

    Serve the three glasses side by side on a tasting flight board. Invite guests to taste each amaro, discussing their flavors and aromas.
