Preparation

1

Juice the Lemon

Cut a fresh lemon in half and use a citrus juicer to extract 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Bare Bone Vodka, 0.5 oz of strawberry liqueur, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

4

Shake

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

5

Strain

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Finishing Touch

6

Add Sparkling Water

Top off the cocktail with 2 oz of sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz.

7

Garnish

Garnish the drink with a whole strawberry and a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
