Preparation

1

Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

3

Grill the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

4

Grill the Flatbread

While the chicken is resting, place the flatbreads on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are warm and have grill marks. Remove from the grill.

Assembly

5

Assemble the Flatbread

Spread a layer of arrabbiata sauce over each grilled flatbread. Top with sliced grilled chicken, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh herbs. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to taste.

6

Serve

Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve immediately while warm.
