Preparation

1

Muddle Blackberries

In a cocktail shaker, add the blackberries. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently crush the blackberries to release their juices.

2

Add Gin and Lime Juice

Pour in 2 oz of Gin Mare and 1 oz of fresh lime juice into the shaker with the muddled blackberries.

3

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

4

Strain into Glass

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice, leaving the blackberry pulp behind.

5

Top with Ginger Beer

Pour 4 oz of ginger beer over the strained mixture in the glass and stir gently to combine.

6

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with a lime wheel and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
