Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Flor de Caña Rum, lime juice, and apple juice. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and strain the mixed base from the shaker into the glass.

Add Grenadine
Slowly pour the Steigl Salzburg Grenadine over the drink. It will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.

Top with Pilsner
Carefully pour the Pilsner beer on top of the drink, allowing it to mix slightly but keeping some of the layers visible.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge or apple slice if desired, and serve immediately.
