Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a few tablespoons of warm water until smooth and no lumps remain.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, prepared matcha, lavender syrup, and Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.

Pour & Top with Lager
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top off with lager beer.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of lavender and serve immediately.
