Start by cleaning the fresh oysters under cold water. Place them on a serving platter with ice.

Boil the king crab legs and lobster tails in salted water for about 8-10 minutes. Remove and cool before cracking the crab and slicing the lobster tails in half.

On a large serving platter or tiered stand, arrange the oysters, crab legs, shrimp, lobster, sashimi, and scallops. Add lemon wedges and fresh herbs for garnish. Serve with cocktail sauce and soy sauce on the side.
