Crispy Brussel Sprouts
Preparation
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Brussel Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussel sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
3. Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Roast the Sprouts
Spread the Brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
5. Add Lemon Juice and Cheese
Once roasted, remove the Brussel sprouts from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano cheese and toss to combine.
