Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chive Butter

In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter with chopped chives. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Crab

If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If serving chilled, prepare a bowl of ice water.

  3. 3

    Grill the Crab Legs

Brush the Alaskan King Crab legs with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place them on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until heated through and slightly charred.

  4. 4

    Grill the Lemon

Slice the lemon in half and place it cut-side down on the grill for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.

  5. 5

    Serve

If serving chilled, place the crab legs in the ice water for a few minutes, then remove and serve with chive butter and grilled lemon. If serving grilled, plate the crab legs with chive butter and the grilled lemon on the side.
