Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Beat Eggs
In another bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy using an electric mixer. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool the Cake
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare the Milk Mix
In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Whisk until well combined.

Let it Rest
Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight to absorb the milk.

Whip the Cream
In a chilled mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

Add Sugar and Vanilla
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.

Top the Cake
Spread or pipe the whipped topping over the soaked cake evenly.

Add Final Touches
Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the whipped topping and arrange fresh berries on top for garnish.
