Dice the red bell pepper and add it to the pot along with the tomato paste, paprika powder, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Pour in the beef broth, ensuring the beef is submerged. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Mix until a smooth and thick batter forms.

Cook the Spätzle
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using a Spätzle maker or a colander with large holes, press the batter into the boiling water. Cook until the spätzle floats to the surface, then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
