Cook the Ground Beef
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the Stew
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover. Let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook the Macaroni
While the stew is simmering, cook the elbow macaroni in a separate pot according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Macaroni with Stew
After 30 minutes, add the cooked macaroni to the stew. Stir well to combine and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove bay leaves before serving.
