Method

Roast Pork Loin

    Prepare the Pork

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.

    Season the Pork

    Mince the garlic and mix it with olive oil, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture all over the pork loin.

    Roast the Pork

    Roast the pork in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

    Rest and Serve

    Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.

Hungarian Beef Gulasch

    Prepare the Beef

    Cut the beef chuck into 1-inch cubes. Dice the onions and mince the garlic.

    Sauté Onions and Garlic

    In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

    Brown the Beef

    Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

    Add Vegetables and Spices

    Stir in paprika, diced carrots, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.

    Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the beef is tender.

    Remove bay leaves and serve hot with bread or dumplings.

Pork Schnitzel

    Slice the pork loin into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Use a meat mallet to pound them until thin.

    Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

    Bread the Pork

    Dredge each piece of pork in flour, dip into the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

    In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded pork pieces until golden brown on both sides.

Sausages

    Slice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
