Mix the Dough Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the water, vegetable oil, and vinegar, then mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Apples
In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are well coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Combine Filling Ingredients
In the bowl with the apples, add the raisins and the toasted breadcrumbs. Mix well to combine.
Assembling and Baking

Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the rested dough into a large rectangle as thin as possible without tearing it.

Add the Filling
Spread the apple filling evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll and Seal the Strudel
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough over the filling to form a log. Pinch the edges to seal.

Bake the Strudel
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the strudel seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the top with melted butter. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Allow the strudel to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
