Method

Preparing Lamb Lollipops

    Marinate the Lamb

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Add lamb chops and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Sear the Lamb

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.

Making Mediterranean Couscous

    Cook Couscous

    In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

    Mix Ingredients

    Fluff couscous with a fork. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Roasting Fava Beans

    Prepare Fava Beans

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss fava beans with olive oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet.

    Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

Making Herb Garlic Butter

    Combine Ingredients

    In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, and salt until well combined.

Preparing Purple Cabbage Slaw

    Shred Cabbage and Carrot

    Shred purple cabbage and carrot using a grater or food processor.

    Mix Slaw

    In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
