Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare Caprese Salad

Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Arrange them on a plate, alternating between mozzarella and tomato slices. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and black pepper.

Main Course

  1. 2

    Cook Salmon

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the mixture over them. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange on the same sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

Dessert

  1. 3

    Make Chocolate Ganache

Chop dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling, then pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Serve ganache warm with fresh raspberries and garnish with mint leaves.
