Preparation

1

Prepare the Oysters

Preheat your broiler. Clean the oysters under cold water and carefully open them, keeping the oyster in its shell.

2

Make the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, white wine, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

3

Toast the Bread

Slice the ciabatta loaf in half and brush the cut sides with olive oil. Toast under the broiler until golden brown.

Broiling the Oysters

4

Broil the Oysters

Place the oysters on a baking sheet, spoon the sauce evenly over each oyster, and broil for about 5-7 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.

Serving

5

Serve

Serve the broiled oysters hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired, alongside the toasted ciabatta.
