Fry the Wonton Wrappers
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Gently press each wonton wrapper into a taco shell shape using a taco mold or by shaping with a spoon. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Mix the Filling Ingredients
In a bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and ponzu sauce. Toss gently to coat the tuna evenly.
Prepare Avocado Mousse

Blend Avocado Mousse
In a blender, combine ripe avocados, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
Assemble Tacos

Build the Tacos
Fill each fried wonton shell with a generous spoonful of avocado mousse, followed by the ahi tuna mixture. Top with shredded seaweed for garnish.
