Directions for Preparing Wood-Fire Shrimp

    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with lemon-thyme butter, Calabrian chili oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

    Fire Up the Grill

    Preheat a grill or wood-fire oven to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Shrimp

    Skewer the shrimp or use a grill basket. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
