Prepare the Irish Cream Mousse
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom. In a saucepan over low heat, stir the gelatin mixture until dissolved. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the Irish cream liqueur and the gelatin mixture until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set slightly.

Assemble the Cake
On a serving platter, place the chocolate cake layer. Pour half of the Irish cream mousse over the cake and spread evenly. Sprinkle half of the crushed English toffee on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Add More Mousse
Once the first layer is set, pour the remaining Irish cream mousse over the toffee layer. Top with the remaining crushed English toffee. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serve
To serve, slice the frozen Nutty Irishman and drizzle with crème anglaise and chocolate sauce on each plate. Enjoy!
