Add Broth and Seasoning
Crack the black peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or a rolling pin. Add the cracked peppercorns to the skillet along with the beef broth, soy sauce, and salt. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce by half.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

Season the Steaks
Rub the New York strip steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Mash the Potatoes
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add 4 tablespoons of butter, heavy cream, and salt. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Grill the Vegetables
Grill the vegetables on a grill pan or outdoor grill until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss to combine.
