Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Evenly distribute the tomato sauce over each flatbread, covering the surface completely.

Slice the Fresh Tomatoes
Wash and slice the fresh tomatoes into thin rounds. Arrange the slices evenly over the tomato sauce.

Tear or slice the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and scatter them over the tomatoes on each flatbread.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the toppings to enhance the flavors.
