Method
Prepare the Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms

Caramelize the Onions and Mushrooms
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they are soft and golden, about 10 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
Make the Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Fry the Fries
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add frozen French fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt.
Assemble the Burger

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread a generous amount of special sauce. Place the cooked beef patty on top, followed by the caramelized onions and mushrooms. Add shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, onion, and tomato. Drizzle with cheddar cheese sauce, then top with the other half of the brioche bun.
