Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Garlic

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

  2. 2

    Toast the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet, cut side up.

  3. 3

    Add Olive Oil and Garlic

Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the cut sides of the baguette. Spread the chopped garlic over the olive oil.

  4. 4

    Bake the Baguette

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add Arrabbiata Sauce

Remove the baguette from the oven and spoon the arrabbiata sauce evenly over the toasted garlic bread.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese

Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the arrabbiata sauce.

  7. 7

    Season and Garnish

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, add chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

  8. 8

    Final Bake

Return the baguette to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. 9

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
