Shape the Kabobs
Divide the lamb mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming elongated kabobs. Ensure they are well packed to prevent them from falling apart during grilling.

Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are evenly browned and cooked through.

While the kabobs are grilling, place the halved tomatoes on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are charred and softened.
