1. Prepare the Kafta and Kabobs

In separate bowls, mix ground lamb, ground chicken, and ground beef with spices (salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic) and form into skewers.

2. Prepare the Falafel

Blend cooked chickpeas with garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, and flour. Form into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.

3. Cook the Rice

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add rice, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until cooked.

4. Grill the Kabobs

Preheat the grill and cook lamb, chicken, and beef skewers until fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

5. Prepare the Greek Salad

Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and mix with feta cheese, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

6. Serve

On a plate, arrange one skewer of each kabob, a falafel, a serving of rice, Greek salad, hummus, and pita bread.
