Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Raspberries

In a mixing bowl, gently mash the fresh raspberries with a fork until slightly pureed but still chunky.

  2. 2

    Mix Lime Juice

Add the lime juice to the mashed raspberries and stir well to combine.

  3. 3

    Add Mint Leaves

Tear the fresh mint leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the raspberry-lime mixture. Stir gently to release the mint's aroma.

  4. 4

    Sweeten (if desired)

If you prefer a sweeter mocktail, add simple syrup to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Combine with Soda

In a glass, add the raspberry-lime-mint mixture at the bottom. Pour soda water over it, allowing it to mix gently.

  2. 6

    Garnish

Add lime wedges, fresh raspberries, and a mint sprig on top for garnish.
