Burger Components

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

If adding cheese, place a slice of your choice (Cheddar, American, Gruyere, Pepper Jack, or Provolone) on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

Cut the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Build the Burger

Spread GS Fancy Sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by a generous portion of crispy onion straws. Optionally, add thick cut bacon or a fried egg on top before sealing with the top half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Fry the French Fries

In a deep pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the frozen French fries in batches, frying until golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.

  2. 6

    Drain and Season

Using a slotted spoon, remove the fries and drain them on paper towels. Immediately sprinkle with salt while they are still hot.
