Wings
Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help to crisp the wings.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 5
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, crumble the blue cheese. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and milk. Mix well until smooth, leaving some chunks of blue cheese for texture.
- 6
Season the Dressing
Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the dressing. Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the blue cheese dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
