Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub the whole chickens with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Roast in the oven for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rub the brisket with a mixture of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Smoke or slow-cook it at 225°F (107°C) for 6-8 hours until tender.

Prepare the Ribs
Season the baby back ribs with a spice rub. Cook them in the oven at 300°F (149°C) for 2.5-3 hours, wrapping them in foil halfway through.

Prepare each of the pint sides according to their respective recipes, ensuring they are ready to serve when the meats are done.

Make the Cornbread Muffins
In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Fill muffin tins and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15-20 minutes.
