Baby Back Rib Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for a more tender result. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs to season them evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top foil. Brush a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs and return them to the oven uncovered. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.

  5. 5

    Serve

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing them into 3-bone portions. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
