Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the pork is evenly coated.

Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar and water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it cool slightly. Shred the pork using two forks.

Mix with BBQ Sauce
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and mix well. Allow to cook on low for an additional 30 minutes to heat through.

Serve the pulled pork on buns or with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
