Preparation of Coffee Mixture

    Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and let it cool slightly.

    In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso with 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur.

Preparation of Filling

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

    Fold in 500g of mascarpone cheese into the egg mixture until smooth.

    In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone and egg mixture until fully combined. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.

    Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
