Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is ready, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Chop the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini, red bell pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sprinkle with salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Cooking the Rice

  1. 6

    Rinse the Rice

Rinse the long-grain rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. 7

    Cook the Rice

In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
