Coat the Cheese Curds
Take each cheese curd, dip it into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated cheese curds on a baking sheet.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Cheese Curds
Carefully add the coated cheese curds to the hot oil in small batches. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Serve the fried cheese curds hot with arrabbiata sauce on the side for dipping.
