Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Custard
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine and Add Chocolate
Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving warm with Bourbon Praline Sauce.
