Method
Preparation for Regular Brioche French Toast

Mix the Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip the Bread
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

Place the soaked bread in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, Grand Marnier, and citrus marmalade until smooth.
