Marinate Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Prepare the Broiler
Preheat your vertical broiler according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Stack the Chicken
Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge. Stack the marinated chicken breasts vertically on the broiler skewer, ensuring they are tightly packed.
Roast the Chicken
Cook the chicken in the broiler for approximately 25-30 minutes, rotating occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
Slice the Chicken
Once cooked, use a sharp knife to slice the chicken thinly off the vertical broiler and serve immediately.
