Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Dice the tomatoes, onion, and bell peppers. Mince the garlic.

2

Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, diced onion, and bell peppers. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

4

Add Tomatoes and Sauce

Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

5

Combine Chicken and Feta

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Crumble feta cheese over the top and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.

6

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with additional feta cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
